Support Email Response Delays

yeah im talking with epic games support and refunding the points i bought this is ridiculous.trying to buy a 240$ pack and this is the quality of support i get lol

Well I accidentally bought a supporter pack on their website instead on the ps store. Now I’m waiting for days to be refunded. The support is doing a poor job and ggg was not prepared for this. Dudes sorry to say but you are my disappointment of the year support wise. You can’t treat your players like this. I reconsider spending money on your products in the future.
Just to complete my post for you guys, I’m waiting for a reply for 9 days now. So sad how they are not prepared at all. You are selling a product and want our money if you are not ready don’t sell your software or at least write a faq that can’t be misunderstood.

Week for me, zero contact. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. If it was any other company we'd already have our pitchforks out. I think we should start reaching out to some gaming news outlets to report this

Some of the comments are wild , although i'm 5 days waiting now and haven't waited nearly as long as some of the comments i've read there are some questionable responses. Just need to hope they get through the backlog quickly , i've taken a break until I get a response and that might be the best suggestion I have for others currently waiting for a response.
It's definitely not normal for it to take this long. I sent an email on November 28th. Still no response as of December 16th.
