Same here. Sent an email providing all details more than 2 weeks ago, no sign of life from them at all.

I think we should. This is a lesson the developer needs to learn.
I just want to play. please prioritize people getting to play the game who have paid.
After purchasing the Liberator of Wraeclast support pack and being LOCKED of the very same game I PAID FOR, and having to wait for a reply that it seems it can take weeks, because they don't seem to have the capacity nor the number of employees to handle it, I CAN'T EVEN REFUND IT AND BUY THROUGH ANOTHER ACCOUNT, because they LOCKED MY ACCOUNT, it's beyond unacceptable and frustating, I haven't received a single email explaining WHY IN THE SEVEN HELLS I'VE BEEN LOCKED, what I did? support you guys too much so now you have to punish me for it? IF YOU DON'T HAVE ENOUGH PEOPLE TO HANDLE YOUR MISTAKES QUICKLY, STOP LOCKING ACCOUNTS, it's stupid and infuriating, I'm from Brazil, so I'm having too write in a language that's not my native, see to which lenghts I'm going here, JUST TO PLAY THE GAME THAT I PAID FOR, dude, i'm so damn angry now, I never saw anything like this, never, if you are going to lock my account, give my damn money back, it was not cheap, and I CAN ASSURE that i did nothing wrong, no VPN, no cheat, no nothing, that's what makes me so mad about it...

Paying that much money and not even being able to play, yeah this is crazy how people are still defending them
I also feel that Game Access, Payment stuff and Merch Shipping support should be prioritized over other requests since it all involves something a user paid for not being there.
Also it feels like if you got an open ticket and you send an answer you are at the back of the queue again instead of the answers for a ticket being assigned to a seperate queue for in-progress tickets.
Could we get some information on how stuff is prioritized i guess that would make a lot of people feel better already?

I was mid map got booted and got a message that my account was locked, have sent multiple emails to what feels like a ghost. I just want a refund at this point. The support for this game doesnt exist.
