I agree. I'm sure this is breaking various laws at this point.
GGG please at least unlock the Accounts before Holidays. We all paid for it (Beta Key) and a lot of people aren't able to play. MTX Refunds and stuff like that is in no way important now compared to game access. Please let us play again over the Holidays! Even if you have to remove the ability to trade or spend Points for the hacked accounts until it is resolved properly! For my case you could even lock the chars and let me play a new char on the account until it is resolved.

how long should i have to wait just for unlink steam account request? its been days since i sent message to support
I'm convinced they don't want to fix locked accounts because it would add more players to their already overwhelmed servers.

If you reply to this mail they will ghost you. This shitty response is way better then my first support mail which i send out 8 days ago and still haven't gotten a response. My advice would to refund this game on Steam. Make a case on Steam support why you can't play the game and hurt GGG in their wallets.

I doubt it, they are paying content creators all over Twitch and YouTube to promote the game right now. Money that should have been spent on at least a semi-functional support system. They just want the money, not the problems.

Unless the media decides it can make a story of this or someone sues them, they won't do anything. I'm on 24 days with no reply now.

Well start to look in to the Consumer Protection for the corresponding country you live in, or a Consumer organization. While you are at it contact news organizations like GameSpot, GameRadar, IGN, Kotaku, Eurogamer or Polygon about how consumers are being locked out of their game in Path Of Exile.

At what point should people just start considering chargebacks? You paid for a service, you didn't get it, and you can't request for help either
We should just get unlocked and get something for this big inconvience situation, cus this right here is just bad community bonding. It will cause longterm trust issues towwards GGG if they do not fix this, auto reply with 0 response after.. And to me its nonsence that it takes a week to reply. even if they are under staffed, they should have known that this would happen with a release.
