Support Email Response Delays

Now that I have my money back this is just comical how poor this company looks right now. Enjoy your winter break while you watch the chargebacks hit the company account.
still waiting for a response going two weeks now. in regards to microtransactions. Any ETA for a response? Thanks, and keep up the good work!
I would just ask for the money back
I've been waiting for an answer for 14 days, I still haven't been helped and unfortunately I can't play poe2 because I don't have access to my old email, and yes, I even paid...
Pretty sure they won't get back to us until 2025. I chose to chargeback and get my refund.
I just want my pet....and my other drops fixed and all my stuff I already bought to actually appear that I am suppose to have. Here I am, 12 days later nothing. Wowsers, real fun.
Wrote my first E-Mail on Dec 8th, got a reply 2 days ago saying "We may be able to help you..." so I answered directly and now they continue ghosting me. Love the support of this GGG - payed 60$ to support you but you don't support us

Finally got an email. Same generic message everyone else is getting. I replied but I'm not expecting much.
Seeing you guys that waited for WEEKS, to get a copy paste response, it only fills me with disbelief about GGG, I really hope they face the consequence of this AWFUL, WORST SUPPORT I've ever seen, I'm currently with a locked account, and my account has the Liberator of Wraeclast pack, just for you guys to know how angry I am with them, it's so infuriating to support a company and they simply punish you because they are stupid and don't have enough people to check on their mistakes, it's simply BAFFLING.
