Just created this account to... well, complain. My account go locked, whatever that means. No explanation, nothing. One minute I am AFKing in the middle of a Trial of Chaos, then, after getting back from grocery shopping, I can't get back in because of it. I understand you are overwhelmed, but perhaps the automatic flagging system should have been set up to reflect the capacity of your support team. Please contact me. They won't do anything here except tell you to email. Forum mods can't fix account issues. The only way to get support is through email.

I just looked through the post history from a couple different mods, they are definitely playing the game of how do I reword this slightly while copying and pasting responses 😂 Most of them are seconds apart, so they obviously aren't even reading anything. I'm sure they're just doing what they're told but man it's kinda sad to see.

All the people I played with are already doing end game, while I am yet to finish campaign. " The simplest thing GGG could do to manage expectations now would be to be open about how backlogged the mail system is. Ie saying something like "We're currently handing email messages that are X-Y days old." I'm assuming there's a range because some requests are things that first line support can resolve immediately (ex refunds for a double purchase), while others need to be escalated to higher level staff for investigation (ex unban requests) or manual processing of some sort. Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful? |

Or actually fix the issue, rather than email, they wait 14+ days to ask you a question, you answer right away and then you get to wait another 14+ days for an answer because of course you answering their question puts you back at the end of the queue. They'd be able to remove alot of support if they'd give us the ability to unlink our own steam, or the ability to delete our account (I would have deleted my account rather than wait so far over 20 days trying to get steam unlinked, which to me is completely stupid since we used to be able to change what account our steam was linked to ourselves)

Injustified Ban Appeal
Dear Path of Exile Support Team, I'm writing to appeal an unjust ban on my account. Two days ago, I encountered server issues in the BR region, receiving an "IP banned" message. Switching servers resolved the issue. However, two days later, the ban message reappeared, and my account was suspended. Recently, my Steam account was hacked from a USA IP, but Steam support promptly restored access. I'm unsure if this incident contributed to the ban, but I've never used cheats or third-party software. As a veteran Path of Exile player and fan, I'm frustrated to have purchased early access only to be banned unjustly. I can provide proof of my PC's integrity and demonstrate that I've never used illicit programs. This ban appears to be an egregious error.
