Support Email Response Delays

10 days is nothing. some of us have been waiting for over 3 weeks
I am still waiting on a resolution after 2 weeks. I understand a backlog, but I get a response asking for information regarding my issue, I respond, then have to wait another 2 weeks for the problem to be corrected?

At this point I just want a damn refund for my money spent on supporter packs I cannot even use.

Lets go GGG. Get on the ball and put some effort into customer service and response.

My MTX transfer request was approved on November 22nd, and I have been waiting since then. It's been almost 40 days of complete silence.
22 days and counting.
I asked for transfer of MTX from one Acc to the other under the same email-adress.
Not one response from Support.
I assume I'll miss the next stash tab sale again.

I work as an email support in another game, even during holidays we still respond to emails from players all over the world. I dont know why they wont respond to our emails.

My account got locked for making jokes in global chat. While I deserve some sort of punishment like mute or x hours of lock but being locked for an undefinite time is just disappointing. In our game, when someone is being toxic, they will first receive a warning, then it progresses to being muted, being banned is the last thing we ever do. I purchased the Liberator of Wraeclast to show my support to the game but this is just nonsense. I am staying positive that they will respond soon but if they wont respond after New Years, I will surely file for a refund and a potential lawsuit against GGG.
It's very strange for me.
I wrote GGG an email from my account email address about 2 weeks ago.
Never got any responce.

I decided to write them another mail from another email address and the responce took about 5 days. They asked for informations and to write them from my account email. So I did again and till now no responce.

Kind of like they had a taste for some email addresses they like and to which they respond and other emails they don't like and don't respond.

GGG, normally I would write something like "please respond" but since so many people haveing trouble and the there is no further room for begging, get your stuff together!
People including me have payed so it's a service and you're in the position to fulfill as service provider.
Waited for a long time for a response on my email. I got a response and needed to give you some info. But havnt heard back again after that, its been nearly two weeks since the last message from ggg now :(
