Support Email Response Delays

Game as a base/skeleton is amazing, although it has some glaring design issues that have been addressed by the community and I am cautiously looking forward to the Sunday tavern talk to see if/how they'll get addressed by GGG. So this is not about the game itself.

However, I want to join the crowd that's been "burned" by this whole support "delay" ordeal. 45 (!!!) days my request to delete an obsolete account and transfer my EA coins to it (as they got wrongfully sent to the old account) hasn't been resolved. This is beyond acceptable, guys. Please do something in the new year about it.

Too late they already took anyone who is seeing this money and ran with it. So glad i spent money even after buying the middle supporter pack to have my account locked damn i got a whole 100 hrs of playtime before my account got locked. So glad they got to use my money though.
Got a new answer this friday, asking for my complete account name with discriminator and so on..

Hoping things speed up a little bit..

Getting no automated mail / verification code seems like such a small issue to handle, making it waiting to be able to play PoE2 much harder
At this rate I'm calling up my bank and requesting a refund, this is borderline fraud. GGG Has my money, which theyve been holding while I've had no access to the game since I purchased the early access. I MIGHT check out the game when its completely free to play, but until then I'm getting my money back because it makes no difference, my account is locked regardless and I couldn't even log in since I purchased the EA, I'm not a charity organization to give out money for free.

Maybe its time you hire some actual customer support GGG,"They're really busy" is not an excuse, would you let me get into early access if I was "too busy" to pay you? Of course not! You're a business, act like one.

I'm afraid we're not able to grant your request in this case, as we're only able to consider a refund or exchange when requested within 48 hours of the purchase being made, and the contents of the pack remain completely untouched (including points and access to Path of Exile 2's Early Access).

I was within the 48 hours they claim and I have not touched the account since I do net have a platform to play on. The only thing I’ve done was to link my PS5 account to the path of exile acc on their website.

So more excuses from them. That’s so sad dudes.

Edit: bought the game on December 4. and my refund request was on December 5.

Sounds like chargeback time, they can't use the excuse of support delays to deny refunds
I've been waiting over a month and i can't even access the game that I PAID for. So either hire me so I can fix it myself or like a refund at this point because this is ridiculous. Imagine spending hundreds on a product then just be ignored. Not cool.

I am also in a very similar situation where my upgrade package was automatically refunded due to my own mistake, and this caused my account to be locked. I have sent them an email hoping to repurchase this package to unlock my account, but I really don't know if they will accept this request or not. I have been looking for someone who has experienced the same situation to know what will happen next.
I'm currently at 45 days waiting for them to unlink my steam account so I can link it to the correct account and I was originally planning on then buying EA for PoE2, but with support this horrible I'm not sure I should give them any money at all.
