Support Email Response Delays

Its now 31 Days im also going to file a complaint with consumer rights groups.


This is an absolute joke.
Got my refund. They own an apology to all those who are/have suffered.
Apology or compensation, waiting a month and missing out on the holiday play time is crazy.
This is fucked up.
Can we expect a response from the support team anytime soon now that they announced that they are back from holidays?

31 days now without any reaction on my email.
38 days waiting for them to click 1 button to unlink my steam account
43 days for me. I'm expecting 2 months at least.
