I'm not entirely sure on the mechanics of corrupted blood for poe2. At least in 1, the wiki claims

"

An indefinite number of stacks can exist, but only the 10 highest DPS stacks on a target will deal damage. Inflicting a new stack on a target will refresh the duration of all existing Corrupted Blood debuffs, regardless of the newest stack's DPS or source.

And if that's still the case then rageforged is a decent choice for a damage link on corrupting cry for bosses, which is mainly where it needs help.

-link infernal cry + raging cry
-link seismic cry + rageforged
-infernal cry 2x to get 32 rage
-seismic cry 3x to consume 3x10 rage with a generic `35% more damage` boost
-repeat up to 10 stacks
-seismic cry spam until/unless you lose your stacks
-theoretically, if the "indefinite stacks and refresh" mechanics work as described, you maintain your 35% better corrupted bloods without having to continue the 1-2 spam

This is pretty hard to test though. I haven't seen conclusive evidence it's working even though I've been using it for a while.
