Why POE2’s Direction Is Worrying for Veterans and Newcomers Alike

Makes sense to me.. that poe1 crafting was a progress blocker. I agree too. so please leave poe2 as it is and dont mess with its vision to make it the better game.

Poe2 gamers.. poe1 was free loot via a boat.. which loot you smash in a device to get best of two items.. 0 risk 100% reward.. 100% endgame item.. thats why so many hardcore gamers got skillfree 100 and ubers down.. with low performance. Same playerbase seem now to complaint and get barely 40.. while you can dodge and active block on top now.. lol. Who is experienced? I bet majority were defaults and didnt pay for cosmetics to support development.. and there are so many posts from backers that their dreams come true.. big compamy behind ggg.. big target group...meaningful outcome.

Btw.. due to chat.. 2 above are lvl <25.. and 1 didnt complete campaign.. as he said its too long lol?

Oh.. ive too little experience
..cant move on. Lets complaint.. while 80% are either done or enjoy second char in campaign. Alot play ssf (instead hc )only due to eventual power outage.. but they want a challenge in campaign.. and take risk.. for progress.. hc could do same.. can even reset.. but its not done. Like formula 1 car .. but 'on hold'. balance around fun and difficulty.. keeps us longer attracted. Maybe remove hc for a season..add a death counter. Its justnot modern. The death banner could be really great


Please spent money meaningful.. we dont need poe1 again. New poe1 seasons are not needed.. release 2 asap.

Spam fusings to get a 6 link (for support skills) is no modern crafting -> 1500+ clicks.. boat and recomb was not great either. If you liked it.. fine.. feel happy with the farmville simulator.
Do you want 1 meaningful win click like poe2 or 1500 meaningless 'fail' clicks.. like in poe1.

If i play with a friend i want to beat shit out of bosses not hammer a button like a monkey. We want fun progression.. not a pal like you standing in city.. party pooper

veterans = 2018

yeah you are from the unlucky group that will struggle with poe2 the most. most people that started poe when power creep was at the highest will have issues.

btw newcomers enjoy the game just fine, so stick to expressing your opinions only lol

My man, you're not contributing with constructive criticism or feedback to the conversation and you're contradicting yourself with your arguments while drifting away from the subject. You say you like oranges and hate apples, meanwhile the reason you like oranges is because stones are soft and strawberries are blue and you hate apples because bananas can fly and at the same time you never tasted oranges nor apples to begin with. It's just wrong.
You clearly don't have enough knowledge about poe1 to compare the two the way you do. You've dumbed down poe1 to the very last league as if that's the game as a whole and the function of the recombinator mechanic in that league you didn't even get right. It feels like all your knowledge of poe1 consists of some misinterpreted youtube video you've watched for 1 minute.

However.. i cannot recommend. Its dated. Poe2 is an evolution.

Also both games run on the same underlying engine, new skills, skins etc all look basically the same in both games, it's just the environments and legacy monsters that need work.
