Is arsonists really deserving of a nerf? I see many builds out performing minions that are not getting nerfed.

" They are also adding a support gem aimed at buffing the Minion Skills with an active ability. So in the case of Arsonists you would be buffing the Minion Popper. |

All looks good, but also You should consider lowering item and skill gems stats requirments. They are very restricting.
