well duh... ofc is for trading problem... what I am saying are thet side-effects of having infinite portal (unless you die).

The map should list how many portals are on said map when crafting them. Vaal orbs should also be able to add an extra portal on corruption........

So the portals aren't gonna work like in D2 / Poe campaign then. Maybe just do a new mechanic altogether instead of having a permanent portal that ONLY disappears on death, it just confuses new players. The portal system in PoE1 originally made sense with the map device, you have 6 portals and they disappear in the same fashion like in D2/PoE campaign. It MADE sense. Now it kind of doesn't make sense, so that's why I'm giving my feedback that a new type of mechanic is needed (Art / Lore / Looks / etc) that is not a "portal" maybe ? Who knows you get the idea. Some way to differentiate them.

Can there be a way to bookmark locations between zones in the game's overworld? It's always a hassle to find specific areas. It'd be great if we could mark a spot and save it to a list for quick access later.

Hmmm...instantly get 200% more players. Do you have data to back that up? Have you done any polls here and in the steam community? Have you designed and developed a game before? To this scale?

You're obviously an armchair developer who thinks you know better than the people actually doing the work. And enough of this Chris garbage. He was there. He left for whatever reasons he left, of which you don't know with any certainty. The people there are making the game work. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean you automatically know better than them. You just know what you want.

So go make the game you want.

You may have missed a few dozen or more interviews and discussions with the devs so you might not be familiar with phrases like: "This isn't the Path of Exile you know" or "This is a new direction for PoE" or even wild things like "We want death to matter", referencing crazy ideas like Risk vs. Reward...

All that to say, this other older beloved game is STILL available for you to play! (and it's free)

Funny statements, you know you could always play poe 1 and not give attention to poe 2... same goes for a lot o complains here, you want 6 portals like in poe 1? just play poe 1, people are trying new stuff in this EARLY ACCESS game and people are here trying to be dead weight for innovation. Dont try to pin down the game if your suggestion is in the first game and they did not use in here, its because they dont want to, they are trying to achieve next level of things and its difficult to do so with resistance.
