POE2:Treasures of Utzaal, Act 3 Molten Vault, Quest item not dropping

I have this problem too (PC) - it was fine in the previous patch.

still bugged, quest item doesnt even drop

Same issue. How is this still a bug?

Same issue, 3 tries. Cleared whole map everytime, turned of lootfilter, restartet the game, new instances... Hammer is nowhere to find.

It didnt drop, after i used the warpgate and sent to the past. Maybe thats one problem?

Problem is known, they are working on it

i got the issue as well, lets hope they fix it next patch
