3 TABLETS + 6 MODS = NO REVIVES = NO FUN. WHY GGG. THIS SUCKS BAD!!!

Too true mate. :/

All GGG have to do is to create a "Leisure League" each season that removes the restrictions.

Infinite respawn everywhere without loss of any items, league content, maps, or bosses.

Then everyone can have their fun and challenge and risks without affecting others, and POE2 gets a bigger playerbase becuase it now caters to more people. No more arguments about what is easy, what is hard, what is challenging, what is good, what is bad, etc.

But no. GGG will have none of this. There is only one right way to play the game and that's it.

Are you serious? These people won't play there. There are many ways to drastically lower or increase the difficulty of content in this game. Nobody wants to admit they aren't good enough to lower it, but are still adamant that the difficulty of the hardest content in the game should match up perfectly with their individual skill level. They are delusional.
"I don't really play the game much, but I make a decent amount by the time everyone is done. With my minimal investment and less time spent, I juice my maps to the maximum copying players doing strats with much better builds and more investment, and then I die often."

hardest content? lol these are +dmg mods, that's pure gear check and if not met it raises the chance of getting randomly one shot... in a 1 portal map. this is by far the most artificial difficulty. if you got content that wont let you beat it even with infinite portals then you have difficulty. this is pure frustration tolerance. GGGs bread and butter

Aye. And when gaining some better gear, the new content=pls nef this hard content. And so on, untile there is no actual content.

Some wise man once said "If operating system is implemented for morons, only morons will use it."
"you aren't forced to play the 6 mod ma---"

Yes, you are. You absolutely are.

There is a minimum level of loot quantity and quality for an acceptable gameplay experience.

GGG is the kind of developer that takes the minimum level of something, and tries to make it the maximum level achievable when minmaxing.
Forcing you to do that minmaxing, that juicing, to get to the minimum.
And this whole phenomenon is exacerbated by the face the game has a trading economy.

It's a matter of design philosophy.
The mimimum acceptable level of something could be and should be the level obtained by default, then "juicing" the relevant things would push above it.
Or you can try to make the "juicing" obligatory by making the minimum only obtainable doing it.
GGG tends to pick the later. Annoyingly.

Speaking in terms of the towers we no longer have:

The minimum acceptable loot experience came from have 2/3 overlapping towers with good tablets placed, and a 6 mod waystone.
It was not even remotely worth playing anything less than that.
And that's just bad design.

The minimum acceptable experience should be the experience obtained when you don't do any juicing.
The looting experience coming from 2 towers full of tablets overlapping on a 6 mod waystone, is the looting experience that should have been coming from an unmodded waystone with no tablets.

The default should be satisfactory and the juicing feel optional.
Instead the default is a joke and juicing feels, and is, obligatory.

I can see it already.
99% of players exclusively playing "leisure league", 1% of players playing hardcore, and softcore dead as dead gets.

Bro is literally imagining a phrasing error that never even happened just to have something contrarian to say.

Yes man, the late game is mostly a build test, why would it not be.

Did you ghostwrite for Alanis Morissette? That's not irony, it is just unfortunate you did not quote the post.

Yes, it is the hardest content in a way, for builds, not players. You could say the hardest content is with a white weapon and no passive skills, you could say the hardest content is your first fight with Jamanra, you could also say the hardest content was the one you had to scale your character most for.

Yes, endgame is mostly a build test. Why would it not be.
