You are a unique individual who hates every minute of what you do, but you do it anyway

I do have fun playing this game, but you're right I also enjoy the free MTX. Its the main reason I keep playing every league. Giving away stuff like this which usually is in the cash shop is normal for f2p games anyway.

I enjoy speedrunning challenges as fast as possible every league, and I'm gonna enjoy Phrecia next week aswell.

your post history, stances, and your playtime suggest otherwise. But that's just more that adds to your unique character.

Buying completions isn't speedrunning. At no point during actual speedruns of any game does a higher level person come in and beat content for the runner.

If you're interested in learning how to get better at actually speedrunning the game, my offer of partying up for the campaign still stands.

I'm completing them as fast as possible using any method available. Carries are part of the player economy, I'm farming the divines needed to pay people for them, which takes skill and knowledge. That's like saying using glitches and exploits in a speedrun is cheating.

So nah, I most definitely am speedrunning challenges in a very short amount of time, and I'm proud of that.

Also why would anyone want to level in the campaign in a party? Then you can't loot all the drops because the other person could loot them and you just go slower. I need every bit of currency to trade into chaos so I can buy gear the moment I get to maps, and later save up for voidstone carries. I'm perfectly content with my 10-11 hour campaign. There's no need for me to go any faster, one all-nighter is all I need to get to maps kek

Who's the better speedrunner, the guy who buys carries to complete their "speedrun", or the guy who gets the carry ready to sell to "speedrunners"?

I'm all for playing the game how you want to play the game, but having done some PVE league speedrunning in warcraft, I can tell you that you aren't really speedrunning anything unless you adopt the mentality of "if you aren't first, you're last", and the guy who sold you the completion not only has you firmly beat but is making you pay him for it.

You want to say you enjoy getting your challenge set done quickly? Sure, I can vibe with that. But if you want to call yourself a challenge set speedrunner, I better see you selling challenge carry services by day 2 of 3.28.

Man. I don't even know anymore with these forums. Wild.

If you are buying carries, you are not completing anything yourself. Someone else is speedrunning the challenges for you.

this would require actual skill and knowledge. It's mostly certainly not something you can pull off after being stuck in the campaign for 5 days.
Flames and madness. I'm so glad I didn't miss the fun.
Always interesting to see people's self-image in such stark contrast with everyone else's.
The opposite of knowledge is not illiteracy, but the illusion of knowledge.

I don't compare myself to other players though, I just play and feel good about being fast at things, don't really care if someone else is faster.

And to me, I'm speedrunning challenges cus I'm doing em fast, its as simple as that. Like I never once said I'm the fastest, nor am I interested in comparing myself to other players or competing in any way. At all.

Need a reminder of all the times you compared yourself and your build to anyone else who has functioning builds? All the T17 and Valdo runners? Or league mechanics, scarabs and strats that need to be balanced because other people print more currency an hour than your GPU renders frames?

What a odd thing to say.
