Blink and Mirror Arrow of Bombarding Clones Hit Average
In the Q&A you mention: "Similarly, the Bombarding Clones variations will be updated to not call out Rain of Arrows by name, as the clones only fire 11 arrows by default rather than any of the amounts available to players. The skill is otherwise mechanically identical." But didn't say that have the same "Projectile Average Hit" or "Area" with only "11 Arrows", meaning that if its the same Area the average hit is 1, if its the half of Area it will be the same Average Hit than Rain of Arrows. Just to know the potential of the gem or clarify the damage. People, often deceived by an illusive good, desire their own ruin.

Can someone explain cyclone of tumult, how is this better than the normal gem?
