Early Access Bug Reports - POE 2 Complete PC Freeze while loading screen - Forum

Dear Developers, I’m one of the many frustrated players who has spent countless hours (40+ at this point) sifting through the 700+ pages of forum threads, trying every suggested solution—unfortunately, all to no avail. Is it possible to receive the service we paid for, or should we — this small group who invested in early Alpha access but remain unable to play, feeling increasingly disheartened and betrayed by the ongoing silence — simply move on to other games while our friends enjoy a seamless experience? I sincerely hope you address these concerns within the foreseeable future (hopefully before the Christmas season of 2025). To those who are asking me about their legal rights/options in EU and UK: I cannot send private messages because I have not finished Act 1 and will not finish Act 1 while this problem continues. I won't risk my PC for that. I cannot write it here on the open because that's what got me banned for 3 days. (Well 1 for the first post with Steam account, +2 for the second post with the original PoE2 account) I would write it if they let it stay up and only ban me instead but since they are deleting the post as well it serves no purpose. Furthermore, I ask anyone who sees this message to please give a negative review for Path of Exile 2 on Steam. I cannot send/reply to direct messages because my in-game character has not finished Act 1. What to do: 1)Write a short review about the hard crashes in notepad. 2)Copy and paste it to steam reviews, put up a negative review. 3)Copy and paste it to steam discussions, put it up there. I think they are in damage control mode but this is not the way... Still as long as people are not putting in negative reviews and streamers are silent, it probably will "work" for them. just bumping this, since another day on the office just started for GGG.. At this point im not even hoping for a fix in the near time, but a more in-depht statement from someone on the team, after a month would be very well received.. just saying! What is going on? Nobody describes the issue the same as mine. It's the same in that it occurs only when porting somewhere but when it dies, I lose all monitor output and the pc resets itself, shortly thereafter.
