What fix? Is this announced anywhere? It's just a "hotfix" that doesn't specify that it's addressing this specific issue.

Latest hotfix doesn't fix this issue, it can still happen, workaround like disabling engine multithreading to pass the loading the screen and then re-enable works but it can happen later on when loading into a map or any zone, the issue is not new is very old and it still happens in PoE1 as well.
