Don’t worry guys. They are still very aware of this issue. Thank you for your patience.

Just a stupid anecdote, but I've gotten so annoyed with this issue that I took this opportunity to clear one of my SSDs and setup a dual-boot to Ubuntu.
No, I'm not excusing the situation. No, I'm not endorsing this as a "fix" as it's in no way anything other than a workaround at best. No, I'm not even suggesting people bother to jump through the flaming hoop of getting all of this working. I did this purely because I work daily on hardware running Ubuntu and it seemed like a good idea to further my Linux skills for work. I just think it's funny that in 30+ years of PC gaming it took this to get me to try "Linux Gaming" and the install/learning process was very pleasant. I've enjoyed my last 8 hours or so of gameplay. |

" That's quite hard bug to fix. Chill. That's an early access. |

" What we know. 1. The hard freeze don't happen when disabling engine multi-threading when transitioning between maps. I have never had a crash when this is disabled. I only get it when I forget to turn it off or when the game starts up. This setting exist in the game as we speek so there is actually 0 dev time for this. 2. The game knows when there is a loading screen. Even third party apps such as Poe-uncrasher can read the data and figure out when a loading screen is present. This also has 0 dev time. Putting this togheter is a 10 minute fix at most for an experienced developer. I bet even I can do it without any experience in the gaming industry. They will have to make a new checkbox in the settings menu though, that's another 10 minutes of dev time. The funny thing is that the loading time don't seem to be effected by disabling engine multithreading either. I almost feel that it is faster a lot of the time. So the performance loss for most users would be 0 even if they made this the default behaviour. |

1st day after the recent patch, I was able to play for 5hrs no crash/freeze, so I thought great! It's now fixed. But the next day, experience 3 crashes in less than 2hrs. I was like fck, not again. So yeah, cant do anything about it but wait for a fix. Sigh...

Don't worry boys, GGG is on the case. They've responded to a few posts... not this issue though.. at least they're looking into... uh let me look... mirror of kalandra dupes? For a league that isn't even standard and will be separate from everything else?
