‘Inscribed Ultimatum’ quest item disappeared, boss doesn’t drop it anymore [poe2]

And I haven't fixed this bug.,Just staring at the game values.,Yesterday's update went online and nothing was fixed except for half of the damage I dropped.,It's great. |

I just wanted to report that I also had an issue with this quest. After killing the boss, I had a full inventory and ported back to town to unload. I think I may have gotten off for the night and forgotten about it, or maybe when I went back, it wasn't there. I can't fully remember at this point. I've moved on to Act 1 Cruel now.

In my case, I don't think the item even dropped. I only noticed it when got the quest prompt to place the item in the temple offering. |

Hey all, you can buy the quest item off the auction site, usually it's 1 exalt or if you have friends or guildies they can give it to you free, even though its a white item, it completes the quest when you put it in the Altar, hope this helps, worked for me, I tried farming forever and it would never re-drop. this worked for me

Hello guys, If you failed your trial and or lost your Inscribed Ultimatum all you have to do to get another one is farm mobs until they drop. I was in the infested barrens where the quest was to get your fist one.
