I think my inventory was full when I clicked it or something. Quest progressed but the item was gone. I guess public party is a workaround, but I'd still like a way to do this on my own (maybe just make the Chimera drop it again if the item isn't detected on your char?)

Still no fix cant do the trail can not get a new item for that!

I didn't have enough free space in my inventory so when i clicked on the quest-item, it just disappeared. |

Same Issue. My inventory was full when I went to pick it up from Chimera. It disappeared, even though I got the quest notification for it.

Same problem, when I failed the first time, my token disappeared and is no longer in the slot it should be placed in and not even in my inventory. I killed the chimera again and it didn't drop, I'm stuck, this is a huge lack of respect for the player!!! AND YES IT WAS THE GREEN QUEST TOKEN |
