Same exact problem as everyone else. Picked up and got nothing. Assuming I had a full inventory didn't notice til I tried the trial. I'm stuck and wasted hours looking for a party. Feels so bad.

I have the same problem. After a failed attempt and death, the object disappeared from the pedestal. Act 3 (complex). repeated killing does not provide the subject for an ultimatum again. help...
