PoE 2 - Inscribed Ultimatum of the Chimera Disappeared

Same problem. Picked up the quest item and it disappeared and i cant get it when i kill the chimera again. And the quest says i need too inset the inscribed ultimatum-

Same here. Would be nice to do something with it, instead of nerfing skills... same with blood sacrifice quest, you cant get new hearth drop from utzaal zone.

This also happened to me, i'm guessing after trying to loot the item with a full inventory.
Would be nice if theres a fix for this soon as this really halts the progression of a character. |

Iam solo self-found and have the same problem. What can i do to solve this?

Same situation, died at chimera boss, unsocketed from statue and i guess inventory must have been full so the inscribed version dissappeared. Starting second main character i guess :(. Hope they fix soon
