POE2 - Gembloom Skull not dropping both acts

Something's wrong with the drop rate. It should be dropping, but it's not.

Do i need to contact support regardng this? Character is quite unplayable without the spirit drops now.

I found a solution to the problem! It's as simple as going back to kill the boss, in my case Act I and once dead I take off all the equipment and what I saved in the character's stash and suddenly it gives me the 30 spirit!! It's an early one, I don't have much to say and I hope it helps you!! Greetings

Sorry, I think you don't even have to kill him or yes, I don't know, but I have realized that if I remove the pendant, the 30 spirit or the gloves are activated... is there a bug or is something I'm missing!

Act 1 Cruel did not drop for me :(

Killed twice today and no gembloom skull on Act 1 Cruel. Every other quest item giving mob has dropped their items so far.

Same here. 0/30 spirit. I'm on ACT2 now. very disappointed. :(

Yup..me too..killed it twice..the skull with cross on it on the map is still bright white as if im not done with the mission

got it in Act1 normal not in Cruel. Stuck with it now, tried killing it again, yet no drop.

Anyone has found a solution? for me it just dropped in Act 1 normal not in cruel. I tried to kill the boss twice.

The Icon is also missing the "plus" sign, but is greyed out and the quest seems to be complete
