Support Email Response Delays

I'd like to know about my Point purchase via Playstation Store 5 days ago and Im not receive any Point yet. My id LordCaimee#1372

I wonder if its either Sony or GGG having issue with, please let me know about my transaction status so I can request a refund from Sony.
Any ideas how we as costumers can force GGG to respond?

Ask for your money back and spend it on something else. I bought Balatro for the chargeback and really enjoying the game.

Still waiting for my answer from support since 23 th of december :~(
I've contacted the support (not receiving a verification code) on december 2nd, got a relatively quick answer on the 3rd december, where the support asked me about some details / infos from my account.

Answered them right after that, no response til 18th december.
There they asked me to look in the spam folder and to whitelist the support mail adress, which I already did (the basics lol)

And since then no response

Bought the EA, can't play over the holidays.

Feels bad man
support seems dead. abandoned
28 Days now without any form of reply.

The only thing i got was weeks ago and it was a pointless question for more info.


And reading that mail and other threads it im almost 100% certain that no one even read my problem and they just sent a random quetsion for more data ...

That they even need weeks to just send a generic copy paste response asking for data they already have is beyond abusrd.
Creeping on a month with no reply from support in regards to being forcefully "Opted-Out" of the Physical Goods on my Liberatore of Wraeclast Supporter Pack. I never Opt-Out of Physical Goods. Have a whole room dedicated to the shit I've collected from video games over the years.

It's my first experience with GGG, and I decided to trust previous PoE players at how great GGG was when it came to how good the company was with their consumers, but my experience so far, and what I've read in the forums seems to be the complete opposite of the hype.

So many of us new players who decided to drop the $100+ on any of the EA packs are regretting hard. I understand it's the holidays and the game got hyped the eff up, but if you're gonna release a live service game around then, you should have your shit together.

I'm on the verge of asking my bank for a chargeback. I believe a month of patience is more than enough. Especially when there's complete radio silence on GGG's side. The only responses I got were from me harassing Staff Members in the Forums by directly PMing them. All of them gave me 1 of 2 responses. It was either:

"For assistance, can you please contact us at support@grindinggear.com with this so that we can look into it with you?"

or

"We made an announcement about Support response delays here a few weeks ago if you haven't seen it yet: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3616595

If you would like to cancel your upgrade enquiry please feel free to write a reply in your original email chain."

Huh? Upgrade Enquiry? I already upgraded after yall told me to do so, and you'd resolve it after I emailed you. That's what they've told me directly in PMs, and what I've seen in the Forums.

So basically, they already made out like a bandit, and don't care about any of the extra money that's flowing in. They'd rather take it easy for the holidays, while we get bent, feeling like we got scammed.

Seems to me like the admins on the forum's only job is to redirect everyone to an email that no one looks at.

It has been since Dec 7th for me. No further response from 'support'.
I have same sort of issue. Purchase via playstation the 100 dollar supporter pack. No points no goodies on my playstation poe2 game/account.

I feel a fool for giving them money. Anyone needing support is ghosted.

If anyone else thinks they , GGG, gives a shit, just look at lack of response
on this thread.

I'm not playing the game, even though I want to, as I'm stuck with 4 stash tabs and i';m not so stupid as to give these couldn't care less expletives more of my money.

Did anyone even get a real response that wasnt just a generic copy past email asking for data they already have?
