I allow my son, an expert at Elden Ring, to fight the boss and get past it.

This is funny :D Not making fun of you (I'm not even there yet), it's just funny :)

Boss HP needs to be slashed by 90% across the board, player damage needs to come way up. Nobody wants to spend 15 minutes hammering away at a boss - not casual players, not veteran players, nobody.

Dude, I'm already one-shotting bosses. TUne it down by another 90% and it's a walk in the park for everyone...

I straight up don't believe that you're "one-shotting" bosses. That is not a thing you're doing.

And in any case, good. That's how it should be.

Ofc he isn't. He is talking out of his ass in every topic trying to devalue people's feedback.

I play hcssf and past act 4 i have been oneshotting pretty much every single boss in campaign and in maps up to tier 5 with hammer of the gods and even before that they usually died way faster than i could ever exhaust my life flask
With as much respect as I can muster, I do not believe you have found a build that deals 500,000 damage per hit.

I think the problem with gathering data is how many personalized experiences there is.

I believe this fight would be quite difficult, and my brother and I died during it, but since his wife was rolling a witch we were able to kill this boss on the first try.
I don't like this fight. All the previous ones felt like there's something to learn. The general timing of the wolf jumping out from the fog, for example.

Here most of the moves are fine, but soldier attacks are just too big, too random, come from all sides, and require extremely quick reaction. And it's not even an end of act boss.

At least make us able to target the guards if it's not a duel.

You can dodge that attack you know

The soldiers light up before they throw. Move to an area of a soldier who hasn't lit up and you dodge the attack. And the last attack where everyone throws it goes in a wave go to the end and run towards the front and dodge roll

I've gotten through that attack without taking damage before many times.
This was the most memorable, best boss fight of the campaign for me. Really challenging, unique, badass. I felt amazing when I killed her. Souls tier boss.
