I just quit POE2 because of lack of WAYSTONES.

How are you guys not sustaining maps, are you not transmuting them, making them rare, how do you not have literal millions of gold just from mapping, you and redditors are doing something fundamentally wrong.

literally can't do the maps fast enough tabs keep filling up and i'm here praying we get map affinity or map tab asap so I don't keep filling up my tabs with more maps.

this is on HC as well, so I'm playing slower than you guys in softcore, literally makes no sense how you guys are this clueless.

Other than being very unlucky with drops, I'm afraid that most of the complains are because people are dying and don't kill bosses.

It is early access. If you don't like the current state of the end game, then yes, by all means do quit. You should in fact quit. Go do something else until GGG releases a meaningful patch and then come back. We get it, endgame is not in a good state right now.

Nah it feels rough, for me at least. Not everyone has the same experience surely, but for me most of my log outs are simply just running out of relevant waystones and not wanting to run 4-5 tiers lower for pretty much no reason. No one answers trades most of the time. All atlas points are in waystone tier+ and quant etc. And yes, I used highest waystone drop % on bosses (regal'd too). Just unlucky perhaps idk, is what it is.

How many do you need ...I'm swimming in them. ^^

I put them on 200%+ and always get many maps in return, quite often 1 lvl above bcs my Atlas passive nodes. ;)

Need T11/12 by myself atm but you can have lower ones....T1-5 1 regal each and T6-10 = 1 ex each. :)

To all the people who are just saying people are just dying and complaining. i urge u to consider that this is a game and every one learns and plays in their own way. Not everybody likes to take a cookie cutter build and blast. May be people like to follow the path of pain, let the game kill me for me to find areas of adjustments. shouldn't the game encourage experimentation like this? or is it just a system where if u don't do everything perfectly u don't even get to play?

Is this going to be same as poe where only if u are no lifing it or completely following a poe streamer u cant progress very far? i don't mean any disrespect here, that is just a fact if u are not spending thousands of hrs into poe, or have in past, or following someone who does u don't get very far. now that i think of it u could spend hrs into poe, in poe2 u d just wont have waystones lol gg.

Moreover latency related deaths are in no ones control. so why penalize the player for it.

Buying your maps not at the tier you are playing is wrong.
AKA if your in tier 5 and you aren't getting tier 5's dropping its actually you don't understand how to drop them. Then after several deaths your early supply of waystones are gone. The vendor will not refresh because you aren't leveling up you actually are literally walking into maps and dying over and over. You don't need the tier 5's you need to respec your Character Tree. Start back at tier 1 and repush upwards until this happens again.

Streamers and other players with millions of gold. Have 1 thing in common they aren't dying like that in those early maps as it is very punishing and you are better off to shed some dps and get some defenses and you are lacking them.

I'm gonna be real since EA launched I've watched less than 15 minutes of youtube and zero twitch. I'm level 91 almost 92. Being a streamer or not has nothing to do with anything. This game punishes and the punish is hefty. I don't think it will change and I think once you realize wisdom scrolls are sellable on the Currency Exchange but you can buy them for gold, there is much to be tuned.

Most players have abandoned the Ascendancy at certain levels or the fact they will just buy the runs. The players who sell these runs in trade chat and other methods are gonna be the richest if they don't tune it properly. Selling ascendancy runs will be one of the greatest rip offs of all time and you literally as of now will not lose any xp if you are clearing your way to the boss. It takes roughly 45 minutes to get to the boss. Bring in 5 other players on day 2 and day three and each Cull, insta kill of him for all is gonna get you roughly 5 divines per 45 minutes. NICE !! All with no experience loss. Ill be selling these.

So as of now, the hardest content per players on the forums is Ascendancy. Lets review the mechanic. It has some of the best xp in the game for solo play. Most players can't complete it. If you die in any part of it run is over and you lose no xp. It is tradeable to other players. Just sad.

Or this can be tuned in a way that unless you kill the final boss on floor 4 solo you can't get ascendancy. Makes more sense.
