the only reason i played poe1 was trade. if devs want to make trade suck in poe2 because it speeds up the experience, then gg. lol doa

I dont understand why they dont make it but maybe it has to do with the motor they use to make the game that is a bit trash. Can even manage atlas map or stash... Imagine an entire AH integrated system xD

I can see why people would buy weapons due to how you can go so many levels without finding an upgrade, and mobs scale too much if you can't keep up with the damage.

Why play a game only to realize you're just working for Currency in order to buy the actual items you're supposed to be playing for.

Yes, I personally will be going back to POE 1.
POE 2 just isn't the right game for me.

Never even left POE1. If I wanted to play ruthless with sanctum and ultimatum I would have done so a long time ago but I never did. POE2 is fine I guess but it's not for me.

Edit: I think the orange part is the real reason why we don't have a new poe1 league. They are afraid that poe2 would look bad then!

I gave this game a negative review on Steam because of the fact that GGG encourages price fixing scams by not implementing an AH.

I notice a lot of people are also giving POE 2 a negative review because GGG doesn't want to implement an AH because they fear that they might risk losing money on HideOut Microtransactions

(People only buy useless Hide Outs to show off to buyers since that is all the interaction you will ever have in this game)

If people have no one to show off their hideout they won't buy it it's a shame that GGG charges money for this game it isn't free to play, and then makes bad game design to sell microtransactions this kind of scummy stuff is what I expect from Blizzard rather than GGG.

I won't be giving GGG my money in future that's for sure.

I feel the same way. I spent money on stashes (must-have) but I don't intend to support them financially anymore. Instead of playing the game they want me to trade... It's laughable! They could make these games for a wider range of players. This game would be better with AH but ggg and fanboys know better. Years go by and they can't balance the game and improve trading. They created these games for total hardcores, instead of making a standard league/option for casuals, they want everyone to suffer. I'm not a masochist. I don't understand their approach at all, unless they're only interested in money (probably). The fact that they are better than Bli$$ard doesn't mean anything. At this point most companies make better decisions than Bli$$ard.

I've played a lot of Trade league. It's supposed to be like this, you aren't meant to trade a crafting item that has a random chance of adding one modifier for a full rare item with all the mods you need. It's antithetical to the game's core design philosophies. Get used to it or... well... get lost. Or play SSF for a way more satisfying experience. There are also private leagues (dunno if its in poe2 yet) where small core communities can play in their own healthy limited trade economy. You aren't the first person to whine about trading in poe, and you won't be the last, but one thing you all have in common is that you're wrong.
