Massive nerf for most build - GIVE ME SLOW BUT IMPACTFUL POE2 EXPERIENCE

_GGG, i love your direction for POE2, please fix this. I see a thread made by Sargoth_CZ#3391 with the same point, i was gonna reply to it but it is not enough to hold my emotion.

_Please make the slow pace challenging but rewarding consistence from start to end just like From Software games. Im not saying the game need to be as hard as Souls game, just keeping the style in line. Right now game start with Dark souls end with PoE 1 remake

Long story:
_Act 1 is the best and then it start to go down hill from there, not because the boss or level design were bad, it because some build just out scale everything. It even worst on youtube.

_It seem fine for me right now as a Fire Chronomancer, but that is me be able to read every spell , sp gems and gears to buy. Im able to have a fair fight with all the boss, seeing all the phase all their amazing skill design but that is Act 3 finale, i seen ppl on youtube and i dont want to be them, game just too easy, too fast.

_My girlfriend have average gaming skill and she is bad at english, she love challenging game, when we try POE2 for the first time we were in love instanly. But from the point when she fight act 1 final boss, everything just go down hill Everytime Im excited to see how she handle the boss i just beat, seeing all their epic animation and dialogue, i always end up with dissapointment when she easily stun the boss with no stun sp gem then one shot the boss while it still in stun animation, Count Geonor and every single boss she face, just skip everything, it is boring to watch, honestly it is painful for me when she cant have the experience i had. And it seem it gonna be the same for me when i start buying gears later in the game.

Yes, it happens with everyone. I tried to postpone it, but at some point you either switch to one-button build or don't progress anymore. Endgame in PoE 2 is not for the players who like action.

Yea man, im at the end of act 3 and i dont wanna progress further, seeing all the youtube vids, i just dont want to be dissapointed.
Also i forgot to mention, my Fire Chronomancer were able to have a fair fight with bosses because i know how to use poe trade, filtering the correct , best gear for 1 exalted each, researching which support gem go well with what. What happen to the players without these skills playing the same class ? While my clueless girlfriend just one shot everything on Monk ?
Well, all meta builds will be eventualy toned down and... oh, nevermind.

I tried my best to diverse and avoid meta face roll build, nope the game do not allow that. now I am another boring HOWA character.

It not even meta , i havent try other class so ill just talk about monk, his kit just do too much damage, stun too fast too soon right now, how my gf play cant even count as a build dude, im not talking act 3 and beyond, it already like that since Count Geonor, would you count using your 3 4 only available skill a build lol, i think you should reread my thread

Ok then just replace "meta" with "overpowered".

I get what you trying to say but here, let take monk level 15 at Count Geonor act 1 final, with the passive point you have you either go on the left side for damage and right side for defense, you are given couple movement skill and lightning skill, you only have 1 way to progress without making a meme out of yourself, which i wouldnt call a build because it is one direction, the whole monk class is OP and some other class that i havent have a deep look aswell, then again this is early access, i hope for the best
To me the best part of the game is the campaign, being able to overcome a challenge is the best feeling you can have playing a game, bosses clearly the bread and butter, looking at the amazing boss room design, the lore the insanity behind the clutter in level design, intense battle music, dodging bosses skills, see what new moves they have, arent able to experience it is a crime to the team who design these bosses when you just do it in 10second then move on. But im sure the dev is well aware, the problem require a big overhaul so i guess it need some time before they suprise us.
2 very different design strategies in POE2. It's as if 2 different teams were at work.

Visually game is supreme. Sound design in 12/10, just amazing, D4 is far far far behind. Skill combos is a real step to nextgen ARPG, towards something new in the genre. Too bad if all of that will be wasted.
