there would we a way to settle part of it. Johnathan gives us a video of what he is calling engaging gameplay, maybe even played by him but not necessarely. 1 hour in map, 1 hour in campaign act 3, 20 mins of campaign boss and 20 mins of map bosses.

Look around.

Nobody is here.

It's the same ~10 posters, on the official forums.

And I would bet money that most of these posters don't even play the game more than 5 hours a week.

Meanwhile, most players are probably just off enjoying other games or waiting for the next PoE1 league and PoE2 updates to smooth out.

But hey, props to the few still here putting in the hours to keep the "game is dying" narrative going strong, it’s almost impressive dedication.

Of course not, the game is dead because GGG killed it. The league has been running for almost a year, and we're used to 3-4 leagues a year. That's what the game is built around. And as GGG refuses to listen to feedback, people are giving up on them. Only natural, no one is going to play a live service game and isn't supported. And you're right, I don't play the game, because I'm done with everything I wanted to do in both Settlers and Phrecia.
