Something is terribly wrong with Shaders since 3.27

People with all kinds of PC setups are having these problems.

High end PC, same problems.
Same problem after last patch

Shaders are completely cooked.
As others have already described, at the start of the Keepers League I had no issues (besides server hiccups) and after some patches AMD+Vulkan stared causing problems: long loading times when porting into town/HO/kingsmarch. Sometimes I just gave up and rebooted the game and was able to load instantly into the instance. Running DX12 works for me at the moment, but I would prefer Vulkan if possible.

Similar issues as well. Im also having a LOOOOT of issues loading in to maps that have 4+ players in it. I used to be able to load almost instantly... idk what changed

Specs are : i5 6600k, GTX 1070, 32gb ddr4, Samsung EVO SSD
