Okay, but did you also fix the passive tree? Clusters? Ascendancy? Other gems and supports? Synergies? No? Invalid.

Ice Spear isn’t even a good example. Mechanically, it does more damage, but you won’t get good clear with it. Frostbolt can do both, mapping and bossing.

The gloves I’m using in the example aren’t even good for Frostbolt. I wouldn’t even use Faster Projectiles or Faster Casting in an actual build. Still, it worked in an unoptimized scenario and got the job done. To me, that’s a valid indicator that the skill has a lot of potential under the right circumstances.

Most people are already locked into something anyway, so it’s just going to be the same old classes as last event, only with a few numerical tweaks sprinkled on top. None of that is actually going to change what people already decided they were playing.

And since you mentioned you don’t make your own builds and don’t really understand how build guides work, the timing of GGG’s balance changes doesn’t really affect you in the first place. Whether they drop early or last minute, it’s not exactly shaking up any decisions on your end.

Hey I could decide to make my own build at any time. And its also really hard to pick a leaguestarter, it takes so much time and they're only giving us 1-2 days lul

Like I don't wanna get baited into a build with overpriced gear and an unfun playstyle. Delaying patch notes like this is both bad for build makers and for the 99% of the playerbase that copies pob's because it gives us no time to decide what to play. They should have been out last friday.

When someone else has literally done ALL THE WORK FOR YOU, it takes NO time to "choose" the guide you are following.

Even if you sat and watched every single league starter video from the top 10 or 20 streamers of PoE 1.....it would take you an hour max.


And this is assuming you've.....never league started ever before.

Pure nonsense...you will find what you want to play within minutes, and you most certainly have no concern for the actual build creators....considering you have a habit of taking all their credit as your own experience and expertise.

This idea that people who copy other builds need DAYS to plan what they are playing is just a straight up, bold faced, lie. Even build CREATORS, that make their build from the ground up.....need less than an hour to craft a build.
