Phrecia 3.27 patch notes when?

"
Those two quotes contradict themselves. In one you say you cannot make functioning builds yourself, in the other you say you can. What's there to misunderstand?

I only said I might try to make a build at any random point in time. Or that's what I meant lol

They're not contradicting at all in my mind.

Either way it just sucks for patch notes to be this delayed, way too little time to prepare. All I wanna know is what these supposed balance changes to the ascendancies are.
Patch notes aren't delayed. They will be posted same as every other known instance of PoE patch notes and you have provided absolutely nothing to the contrary.

And they are contradictory statements. Words have meaning.
The opposite of knowledge is not illiteracy, but the illusion of knowledge.
patch notes usually come 1 week before release of the league, I think thats the point, 1 or 2 days is not enough for people to do full builds etc or idk take 1 day off at work etc

SO the fact its 3 days prio almost and we still dont know how many things they are gonna kill off nerf to the ground, is a bit worrying

We literally get patch notes 1 whole week before every league, the moment the livestream reveal ends. Them being delayed to a few days before this event isn't how it usually is. They should have been out friday at the latest, that would have given people 6 days to plan until the 29th.

Phrecia is not a league. The usual timeline doesn't matter.

Event, same difference. It basically is a leaguestart. No matter how you look at it these patch notes are severely delayed.

Nah.

What kind of planning do you actually need for an event? Especially when you don’t make your own builds and don’t use patch notes to identify strong outliers for a league starter. You already take four days to finish the campaign. You don’t compare yourself to others and you don’t engage with the market. So whether patch notes drop a month early, a week early, a day early, or an hour before launch makes absolutely no difference to you. You’re not planning anything either way.

You’ve also said you only play for free MTX. The threshold during the event is laughably low. Level 50 and 90 can be reached by picking any random early game skill and just playing the game normally. No preparation. No optimization. No forethought. From your point of view, nothing changes regardless of when the changes are released.

In the end, the plan doesn’t change with patch notes either. You’re still going to play the same squishy, totem build, because that’s the only build you’ve ever said you know how to play. You reach 90, you quit, or you hang around a bit longer if a full build conveniently appears again through Reddit, 820, or some other outside stroke of fortune. Same routine. Same outcome.

I'm gonna play power siphon mines scavenger, I would like to know if they nerfed that ascendancy. If they nerfed it hard I might have to find a different build.

I literally do campaign on day 1 in 10 hours it hasn't taken me more than that in years lmfao, no clue where this 4 day number came from.

Also lvl90 isn't "low", it takes a good amount of time to reach. I'm gonna do harbinger idol setup to farm exp faster lol, and I'm gonna save up for a headhunter most likely cus that makes farming harbingers way more fun.

So yes I do need time to plan, it would be nice to know what these vague "balance changes" for the ascendancies are that were announced.

Perfect! No need to lose sleep or rack your brain over potential changes, since you’ve already figured out a build to play and are all set to go as soon as the event begins.

You’ve already shared your insight with us. You know your story it’s not true, most people know it’s not true, GGG knows it’s not true, so there is really no need to pretend otherwise.
