The lost expedition - ancient kalguuran text

Cannot interact with the quest item at all. Moving further away from the green text changes the quest objective from "Retrieve the Ancient Kalguuran text" to "Search for Ancient Kalguuran texts at expedition sites".

Having this same issue in Lost Sanctum, sub-area of Dried Riverbed. Can see the green text and mousing over the book makes it light up but clicking does nothing at all. Tried relogging, didn't help. I've collected a text from a different area in the past so I do know how to click something, I guess, but this one will not work.

same here. Found it green in sarn slums. Went back to hideout,nothing in inventory...

same, encountered the same issue with that

did anyone found a walkaround like or can one restart the quest ?
I also don't get any progress, I might turned in over 20 texts so far and still get the same quest again and again.

The only point of the "quest" is to learn more about the lore. There are no other rewards.
