Gifted key by friend, but can't log-in on Steam as I'm told I have no access.

hey anyone facing the issue with epic games too got gifted key redeemed on the poe 2 website and then downloaded on epic games says i dont have acces

yea it was a early access key i redeemed on poe 2 then on steam and epic games poe 2 got unlocked i downloaded and it said i dont have acces but i went and checked my early acces page on poe website it said Your account will be allowed to log in and play during Path of Exile 2 Early Access.

" I was gifted the key on Epic and downloaded game. Got the message and did internet searching, attempted to link my Epic to Poe and waited about 6 hours for the email. Got email and "linked" but then my account management has 2 different numbers with one being blank. Looking on POE website, it still shows I do not have access but Epic shows I redeemed my code. I have tried restarting game, Epic, computer, the works. |

Same issue, Friend gifted me a code for steam, activated it, Log in then says no access.
Account is linked Same account as on website Account on Website says no access as well. |
