POE 2 Complete PC Freeze while loading screen

Unfortunately the latest patch didn't solve the crash for me.

Additionally just got crash while switch character during character selection, not even loading zone

posting spec again:

MB: MSI PRO B650-S Wifi
CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 12 GB
RAM: Kingston FURY Beast 64 GB (2 x 32 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30 Memory

OS : Windows 11 Home 24H2
I know that some people are experiencing the issue on older versions of Windows and Linux. But I'm also convinced that the issue would be solved for 98% of the people in this thread if you at least TRIED downgrading to 23H2. Most of the time when I see someone post their specs it's always 24H2, like the guy above me.

Again, I'm aware that this issue happens to different versions, but it's so damn simple to downgrade and it will solve the problem for almost everyone. At this point, anyone in the thread who is complaining AND is on 24H2 is just downright trolling

I tried to "health care" my whole pc this weekend, i think i found a solution at least for me:

- I did update from Win10 22h2 To Win11 24h4 (no way to update to a prior version like 24H3, only a clean install can get that older version i think)

- Updated my BIOS

- It seems for some reason i didn't have XMP enabled on my BIOS.. This meaning my RAM modules was working on a speed below the stock speed.. I did enable a profile(auto) making my modules run at their stock speed now (3200mhz)

- I did change slots for both ram modules

- I updated my nvidia driver to the lastest Game Ready version (Ver 566.36)

- Installed all the other updates like Microsoft redistributable, Net Framework etc..

After all that i was able to run the game for a few hours without a single crash.
Without Poeuncrasher and with Multithreading enabled.. Pluss all the settings on a "quality" preset, without having to use Direcxt 11 or other stuff to cap the performance, it's running full and clean :')
Not sure if anyone where in the same position as me, but that's something some of you can try..
Maybe it's not any of the above that fix, it may have nothing to do with the problem and it just worked as a placebo for me, i didn't treid too long to confirm if there's really no crash anymore, but i was able to play for some hours at least..(i wasn't even able to pass the login screen like many other players) So i thought would be helpful to give my feedback here. i'll keep testing tho

Ryzen 5600X
Geforce GTX1660 SUPER
16GB ram
SSD nvme Samsumg 970 EVO PLUS
Win11 24h4

Nevermind.. One day after: same setup as above, crashing on the load screen again.. can't even reach options to change settings.
It seems that issue also applies to the AMD X3D CPUs, which looks to be the culprit.

4080 super, amd ryzen 7800 x3d... my PC was brand new march 2024. I went all out and got the best stuff I could. I can run CS2 and Hogwarts Legacy on ultra high. But this game for whatever reason freezes my whole PC on loading screens unless I'm running POE uncrasher in the background.
Crash Topic has over +800k views adn +7900 replies, GGG cant fix it, because they are incompetent.

Im having same crashes with an Ryzen 5 5600X tho.. It may be related to AMD cpu's itself rather than the "X3D" versions of them

I'm pretty sure it's happening on intel CPU's too, so at this point, nobody has any clue what is causing it.
Yes, I am with Intel experiencing nightmare.

Today, once again wiped my hard drive, reinstalled win11 24H2 back and crashing crazy. Can't even play the fkn game
Had win 10 22H2 , win 11 23H2 - same story.

One thing in common is nvidia 4070
