POE2 - Gembloom Skull not dropping both acts

For me the same thing i am actually staring at the screen right now standing there where I killed the King of Mist in Act 1 Cruel trying to figure it out. Got some blues and the reward from finn and the shrine ones, but I really didn´t want those, I wanted the Spirit because i am starved out on it...No solution from me I think...
But I did get one in Act 1 Normal, so that seems to be something a lot of people experience in this thread, if I understand correctly.
So.... is this a Bug or is it a Feature? Well before someone tells me, I wouldn´t know... I am gonna play on now, mildly annoyed that i didn´t get what I thought was gonna be mine for sure...
Oh when I wandered around the map I noticed 2 Finns appearing on it, i made a screenshot of it, and am right now preparing it as evidence to be uploaded as a pic, so everyone believe me

Same issue, this is huge, any time line on this fix. Seems to be only when making an alt char after having cleared it once

doesnt drop on cruel. only normal. doesnt matter if it says + beside the boss on cruel

Yeah same issue, playing on 60 base spirit.

I kill the King of the Mist in act 1 (not cruel) it did drop the skull use it and i dont have the the 30 spirit it should have give, my witch have 134 total a 100 Come from my sceptre and 34 from my chest plate Armour. I try to kill the boss again but it dont drop it Any more

Same as others in this thread. No bonus on cruel. But that might be by design?

Got one at act 1. not in cruel act 1.

I have only 60 spirit.....I am lv 75 !!

and I found out i did not get two of Gemrot Skulls and lost 60 spirits !!

leaving this comment before I delete this game.
