rate the endgame from 1 to 10

I give Path Of Exile 1 a 9/10
Path Of Exile 2 2/10 and that is extremely generous, ideally i would place it at -1
0/10

-Waystone and tabelts have low drop rate, having alch/regal even on lower rate makes things even worse
-T16 being locked by lucky corruption would be fine if t15 would drop and Vaal orbs wouldnt have insanely low drop chance
-They butchered expedition from what it was,rip Tujen
-Maps are way too long and empty
-Content in them is non existant
-Its not really mapping what we had in PoE its more of a "hunt" to find few rares in maps
-One portal has to go,at least for bosses
-Towers are horrible
-Atlas passives are horrible 30/30 one is like not even have a passive tree
-Im still on 0 points in expe, deli, ritual, breach passives...had one logbook and of course no boss on it...whole atlas passive gotta be reworked and be somewhat similar to poe 1 or something since this is so bad
-Thight corridors, doors everywhere...those maps gotta go
-Density is laughable...

Could keeep going but yeah its a zero,I dont get it...they made it well in PoE and instead of improving some stuff, maybe changing little bit things around instead they went full chop up of all mechanics and atlas, took few crumbs and gave us as "endgame".
I'm a long time casual aRpg player, I usually play 1 character each league for like a month.
I quit after doing the 10 T1 map quest, found it utterly boring. It's slow, unrewarding and lacks variety.
2 or 3 out of 10.

I don't know that I could properly rate it. I'm only doing T13s, which means I haven't accumulated enough of anything to open up content other than just more mapping.

Time investment seems huge and if it takes days of farming to get enough shards for a single attempt at new content that one death stops instantly then I'd definitely say low.

Expeditions seem worthless. At first it looked cool until I realized the artifacts that dropped were just for shopping at vendors to get junk items 99% of the time. Hopefully they take a hard look at all they've released and start correcting the big flaws with endgame.
7, more with some small tweaks like QoL.
As with anything, any 0 or minus rating is too critical to be taken seriously.

Honestly, I think the endgame activities were rushed to make the Dec 6th deadline. If it was, it shows. Some maps designs are just bad and having to go through them feels bad. Some decisions feel very odd from a "modern" player perspective, so much that I wonder why they even decided to go that way to begin with.

If it was planned as this, and should feel tedious like this, I wouldn’t say they should be back to the drawing board, but there's a lot of work to do as it currently feel... well... tedious and not very rewarding. It's like having a second ungratifying job you got to pay for. You could manage to feel some sense of accomplishment, but most of the time, it's just pointless grinding.

This is how the endgame feels to me, so maybe a 5 out of 10. A bit too harsh, but definitely too tedious to farm with some scarce fun parts in between. I'm not even sure I want to log in to play maps right now, as I know it will probably not amount to much.

People said it already, but we need more QoL, less tedium and less grinding to hit pinnacle bosses/other activities.

I don't know which part they'll put more energy first : Correcting what feels wrong with the endgame, or adding the new classes and Acts 4-6. They won't be able to do it all in a small timeframe. Correcting the endgame would mean players get to "enjoy" the endgame more and maybe stay with the game for longer. New classes and acts could bring new people in, but won't help retention.

As much as I like the game, I feel like they "Early released" the game too early. Probably needed money. I hope it doesn't bite them back, but they should have waited until every class was ready. Would have slightly less build diversity/game difficulty criticism that way and they could have put more of their efforts towards fixing the endgame, or whatever that is.

2/10

-Gear progression in maps is the worse i ever seen even ruthless is better unless you are buying gear to other players.

-Poe 1 atlas fells like your progressing here fells like just doing random things.

-1 portal on mapping and with so many dead effects is just stupid.
-99% of maps layouts suck the guy who made vaal factory i think he was mad at his own life.

-reroll map mods non-existence you are evasion i guess you are not running this map "Monsters have 50% increased Accuracy Rating" oh you are crit just take this 40% less damage "Monsters take (36–40)% reduced Extra Damage from Critical Hits".

-Strongbox's can't see Chaos barrages projectiles with the strongbox fog, lightining strike keep hitting until you kill all mobs that take 24 years to spawn.

-If we are going to highligh yellow mobs they should be highlighted from the start of the map.

-Map sustain looks like we went back to 2014/15 and the problems poe1 had doing a hight tier map and drop a low tier map.
probably right now about 2 or maybe 3 out of 10, but closer to a 2.

Once a lot more players reach endgame, that's when you will see the player base gradually die off, because about 75% of players will be quitting. It may take awhile, as players try things that they realize just won't work in Poe2 endgame. And they will realize that they just aren't having fun. But yes, you will see the player numbers come down substantially once more reach endgame and start to play it a bit. That's pretty much a given. Then GGG will realize, that they need to make some big changes.

Most players I talked to who have reached endgame have said that they had more fun in the campaign than in the endgame. And that's completely backwards of what it supposed to be like.

The worst endgame I've ever seen in an ARPG.
It's even worse than Diablo 4's endgame at launch.
