It does deal damage tho. So does Ensnaring Arrow. So does Voidsphere. So does Frost Wall. We went through this before, Bosscannon. You may disagree with GGGs design philosophy but some skills are meant to be used in combination with other skills opposed to being standalone skills.

Thats not a useful quality stat if its only purpose by design is delivery of icenova of frostbolts. Either people are wrong about its intended purpose or they must now agree that this is bad design.

3.25 Quality now provides "Projectiles that have Pierced deal 0-20% more Damage" (previously 0-20% increased Cold Damage).

3.0.0 Ice Nova now deals 40% more damage when cast on a Frostbolt.

You could play Frostbolt or Ice Nova as a single damage skill but it's pretty obvious that GGG wants you to use both in combination.

Either way the quality change was a reasonable buff regardless of how you choose to play Frostbolt lol

Wrong: Neither "did I find that out" nor is that claim true. Private profiles are listed. Unless you want to claim that some private proflies somehow are not listed? I would like to see some evidence for that though as it clearly does show some private profiles. And it does distinct between (potentially?) visible characters (have links) and not visible characters (no links).

You can look up evidence if you care enough. I have checked a other ladders for and my name does not appear on them either, so obviously not every hidden account gets listed, which I do not care about since I play the game for fun and not to put my name on a ranking list. My guess is that you don't get listed if you have your profile private, and character links get removed after you've entered the ladder on a public profile and turn it private afterwards.

I don't even turn my profile public during gauntlet events for the raffles cause I do not care about them. I mean there's a reason why the "Public Profile Rule" exist for the gauntlet so idk.

I know that I have played the event and previous events, so I genuinely don't care if you believe it or not. But have a nice day and good luck in the event next week.

I know for a fact that this guess is wrong. And you can verify this for my account which was private then and is still private. I also checked for other private accounts and found one, however I do not know if this other account was private the whole time.
