I use all hp/resist gear being nemesis and all. I try to get mana regen on rings or necks and maybe pick up some damage on those as well. I'm using a level 11 wand still that has like 50% spell damage. I just made it to cruel last night at level 40. I am sitting around 2k hp and capped resists in cruel so far. Updated the OP with information about my current tree and gear due to high demand. I will keep updating it as I progress. Unfortunately it will probably be a bit slow due to the fact that I mostly am playing this character with friends so I only level when they are all online. As for the HP there should be other nodes that are already right on the path that you can take without speccing any extra non-life nodes.
