rate the endgame from 1 to 10

Probably about a four right now, but maybe a three. Many maps feel too big; tower maps suck visibility-wise; focus on mass quantities of mobs and instantly slaughtering them rather than slower, more methodical game play; major loot issues (haven't seen a tablet yet, not been able to upgrade a single skill to four gems); single death wastes the map and its bonuses; need too many maps to get through the quests early on; and so on.

Hmmm... given that list, yeah, a three.
so im about 300 hours in, sorc, T15 mapping, capped resistances, super good gear blah blah blah.

like 4 maybe 5.

- crafting is a joke.
- random trash mobs killing us in 2 seconds (eternal knights ect)
- FPS going to 40-50 on my HIGH end machine
- traversal nodes are dumb
- citadels are too random
- divines are far too rare
- market is in shambles
- +levels to skills = completely mandatory on gear
- MF on gear is silly. cap it or move it off of gear.
- game is supposed to be more "newb friendly", it generally is but things like breach, expedition and the systems surrounding them are pretty "esoteric". game needs to have onboarding for these instead of requiring external resources.

im surely missing half a dozen gripes.

im very concerned that they are going to be WAY too heavy handed with changes.
historically speaking, they tend to do a not great job of this.
if they can make the needed changes not feel like they were done carelessly we are chilling.

however,
i think the game has excellent bones and i think a lot of the issues should be fairly easy to solve.
GGG has a great chance to make endgame super good.

if they can manage to not mess up the next few patches we are chilling.

It has the framework to be a 10/10 -- but in it's current state it's a 3 for me.

Things I want to see:

1.) Fix Armour w/o making enemies invulnerable.

2.) Give Melee skills Hyper Armour, significantly more base AOE and damage - OR much much much faster animations (probably still give hyper armour).

3.) Combat Log so I can tell wtf actually killed/hit me.

4.) More Classes/Weapons/Ascendancies -- Not enough variety at all right now.

5.) Target Dummies.

6.) Allow multiple deaths in maps.

7.) More Bosses.

8.) Make Delirium just cover the whole map and give me the option for when it ends. (Chasing it sucks, half the time it is too small to cover the whole map.)

9.) Remove Rarity, buff base rarity for everyone.

10.) Zoom Out further on Atlas.

11.) Make it faster to open the freakin map. It feels like it takes forever for the damned map to open.

12.) Stop enemies from having the ability to displace/shove/move my fucking character.

13.) No more on death effects.

14.) Less Chaos damage or easier to gear for Chaos Resist.

15.) Loot changes. Drop items with highly desired mods, or just give me currency.

16.) Loot rewarded after map is cleared/failed instead of having to stop/pick it all up while clearing the map.

17.) Stash Tabs for: Maps, Runes/Soul Cores, Catalysts, Rings, Amulets, Armours, Weapons -- If it drops -- I want a goddamned stash tab for it.

18.) Auto Sort + Auto Deposit Affinity Items into Stash Buttons.

19.) Phasing during rolls / more mobility options like Blink that can jump over/through enemies and terrain.

20.) Automated POE Trade. I don't care about interacting with people. Half of them speak Chinese. There is no social interaction / value here. A ton of these people never respond, or try to scam me/haggle after I whisper them.

Either that, or make crafting more deterministic so I don't feel the need to use the trading site.

21.) Alteration Orbs + Crafting Patterns. I want them back.

22.) Fuck Sanctum, and Ultimatum is WAY over tuned. These are the most hated league mechanics in POE. They have no place in POE 2 imo. Never thought I'd say this -- but I'd legit rather just do the lab.

There are other things, this is just what jumps out at me right now.

(Poe 2) vs (Poe 1) = 3/10 if I close one eye :D I miss having boss in every map... and maps repeat too much... biomes idea is stupid if you cant choose the biome you like/enjoy when ever you want to have fun playing the videogame

Based on a video I saw from a guy who did a bunch of testing, it does appear to be capped, I'd guess at around 100. His was testing at ~26, 126, 226, and one higher one) and the 26 was notably lower than the others, but the others were all about equal. He didn't start at 0 because he didn't bother changing up his atlas tree.

for me its not about what magic find is, its about where it is.
i dislike it on gear specifically.
IMO it should be tied to difficulty (so tiers that go higher on harder waystones), be only available on a new gear slot like a cloak or lucky coin or something not tied to power or some other system like that.

If I could leave a like here I would and most of ppl would too... like.. who could have thought its fun to complete your atlas points by killing bosses? most ppl dont do builds capable to kill them for the last points... and that is something PoE 2 was not supposed to be... for the 1% of the ppl GGG has failed its quest for broader audience by theese things...

Campaign: Probably 8.5 or 9 out of 10. I enjoyed it.

Endgame: Probably 5 out of 10 in the current state. There are just too many issues with class imbalance, the screwed up economy, defenses (energy shield being way overpowered in the tree while life and armor suffer), constant 1 shot deaths from on death explosions and offscreen BS, XP loss, map sustain, ascendancy trials difficulty/tedium/time required, etc.... It's a pretty frustrating experience, and not in a good way, IMO. And I love difficult games (Dark Souls, Bloodborne, Sekiro, Nioh, etc.)
